Keel

A small, worker-first PHP micro-framework: PSR-7/11/14/15/17 all the way, attribute-based routing with scoped discovery, a compiled container and router, and the same code running under php-fpm, FrankenPHP worker mode and RoadRunner. PHP >= 8.4.

• Container, Routing, HTTP and kernel, Runtimes, Application, Sessions, Testing cover each component.
• Authentication and rate limiting, OpenAPI, Health and metrics are what a production API needs on top (since 1.1).
• Database, Templates, Cache, HTTP client wire PDO or Doctrine DBAL, Twig or Latte, a PSR-16 cache and a PSR-18 client (since 1.2).
• File storage and Localization add disks with upload binding and a translator with locale negotiation; Mail wires Symfony Mailer with delivery after the response.
• API stability states what semantic versioning covers from 1.0.
